In connection with a dynamic growth of our business, new investments and planned public floating of the Company in the New Connect stock exchange conducted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Trade Sp. z o.o. owners have decided about a legal transformation of the Limited Liability Company to Share Holding Company.

We would like to share the good news with you, which is that these actions have been successful and on November 25, 2010 Trade Sp z .o.o. was transformed into INVICO S.A. together with w new Court Register Number (KRS): 0000371015

The transformed company continues its operation in the scope conducted by Trade Sp. z o.o. assuming all of its rights and obligations. Therefore all existing contracts remain binding and in full force with no need to sign amendments.

All other company identification, ie. its registered location, phone numbers, VAT registration numbers etc. remain unchanged.

We are glad to inform you that since 01.01.2009 we offer new services: customized size cutting of films, corona treatment (activation)of films, bobbin cutting of films.

We own 5 film slitting machines:

Max 2050mm working width machine – the latest and most modern CONSLIT II machine by KAMPF company, with its own film corona treatment (activation) device by SOFTAL A.G. company.
Max 1800mm working width machine.
Max 1600mm working width machine.
Max 1300mm working width machine.
Max 600mm working width machine.

BOPET polyester films: 12um – 100um
BOPP polypropylene films: 15um – 100um
Metallised films: 12 um – 100um
Paper: 80-300g/ m²
APET/PCV rigid films: 180um – 600um
Laminates: up to 600um

Slitting range:

Max working width: 2050 mm
Max mother roll diameter: 1300 mm
Unwinding roll cores: 70 mm- 76 mm board and 150 mm – 152 mm I.D.
Max rewinding roll diameter: 850 mm
Cutting width: 12 mm – 1100 mm

Our machines enable the cutting of even very difficult materials and their performance allows for the cutting efficiency as high as up to 20 tons of film/ day.

Our regular customers can also use the storage service and just-in-time delivery system for the goods purchased at our company, which lowers the storage costs effectively and allows for the stock supply management optimalisation.
