In connection with a dynamic growth of our business, new investments and planned public floating of the Company in the New Connect stock exchange conducted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Trade Sp. z o.o. owners have decided about a legal transformation of the Limited Liability Company to Share Holding Company.

We would like to share the good news with you, which is that these actions have been successful and on November 25, 2010 Trade Sp z .o.o. was transformed into INVICO S.A. together with w new Court Register Number (KRS): 0000371015

The transformed company continues its operation in the scope conducted by Trade Sp. z o.o. assuming all of its rights and obligations. Therefore all existing contracts remain binding and in full force with no need to sign amendments.

All other company identification, ie. its registered location, phone numbers, VAT registration numbers etc. remain unchanged.

Packaging films for thermoforming – polyester films (APET, RPET films), polyvinyl chloride film (PVC)

All rigid films offered by our company are perfectly applicable for thermoforming and die cutting. Outstanding visual features and excellent flexibility qualities make the films perfect for blister packaging.

Polyester films – APET films and PVC films

We offer a wide range of rigid films suitable for deep thermoforming. APET polyester films and PVC polyvinyl chloride films are certified for safe food contact which makes them suitable material for use in the food packaging manufacturing.

Polyester films – RPET films

RPET polyester films (with recycled additions) can be applied in all kinds of other packaging types which require food contact safety certificates.

We offer films of the following thickness range: 150 µ – 1000 µ and the width range up to 1200mm. We offer both transparent and coloured films. The width and the weight of the rolls depend on the requested order specification.

We are glad to inform you that since 01.01.2009 we offer new services: customized size cutting of films, corona treatment (activation) of films, bobbin cutting of the films.
