In connection with a dynamic growth of our business, new investments and planned public floating of the Company in the New Connect stock exchange conducted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Trade Sp. z o.o. owners have decided about a legal transformation of the Limited Liability Company to Share Holding Company.

We would like to share the good news with you, which is that these actions have been successful and on November 25, 2010 Trade Sp z .o.o. was transformed into INVICO S.A. together with w new Court Register Number (KRS): 0000371015

The transformed company continues its operation in the scope conducted by Trade Sp. z o.o. assuming all of its rights and obligations. Therefore all existing contracts remain binding and in full force with no need to sign amendments.

All other company identification, ie. its registered location, phone numbers, VAT registration numbers etc. remain unchanged.

Electro – insulation films – poliester films (BOPET)

Electro-insulation films are mainly applicable as an insulator in the manufacturing of all kinds of cables and electric wires. We supply our products to the largest production plants in Poland.(e.g. our main customer is Tele-Fonika Kable Sp. z o.o.)

Polyester films – BOPET films

We offer polyester films (BOPET films) used as an insulator in the manufacturing of cables. These are available in the following thickness options: 23, 36, 50, 75 µ and the width options customized according to the customer’s requests (starting from 10mm).

We are glad to inform you that since 01.01.2009 we offer new services: customized size cutting of films, corona treatment (activation) of films, bobbin cutting of the films.
