In connection with a dynamic growth of our business, new investments and planned public floating of the Company in the New Connect stock exchange conducted by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Trade Sp. z o.o. owners have decided about a legal transformation of the Limited Liability Company to Share Holding Company.

We would like to share the good news with you, which is that these actions have been successful and on November 25, 2010 Trade Sp z .o.o. was transformed into INVICO S.A. together with w new Court Register Number (KRS): 0000371015

The transformed company continues its operation in the scope conducted by Trade Sp. z o.o. assuming all of its rights and obligations. Therefore all existing contracts remain binding and in full force with no need to sign amendments.

All other company identification, ie. its registered location, phone numbers, VAT registration numbers etc. remain unchanged.

BOPP special coated films

Since 01.07. 2009 r. our offer has been expanded by BOPP special coated films made by the leading world producer – Treofan A.G. These are especially popular with the packaging, food, chemicals and medical industries as well as in all cases where there is the need for special storage conditions.

Main characteristic feature of the coated films are the following:

  • Outstanding optical qualities and high efficiency.
  • High barrier factor regarding the moisture, gases and smells.
  • Widely ranged low welding temperatures threshold – allowing the extreme working conditions of the speed packaging machines.
  • High tear, puncture and break resistance.
  • Both sides are activated and prepared for printing by means of the flexography method.
